I finally got to get out and run with Stephanie. It was a great 3.2 miles around my neighborhood, and surrounding areas. It was a little chilly, and breezy, but not uncomfortable once I warmed up. I felt good the whole distance, and haven't felt any ill effects on my knee. I did cut up my toe a little with a sharp toe nail. The issue is being managed! It was great company, and I'm looking forward to another run.
Got a bit of a hike while playing Harbin. I keep meaning to wear my pedometer to figure how far of a walk the course is. I don't feel comfortable trying to estimate the distance.

Oooh! I just looked up Harbin on Mapmyrun. As clunky as it is, if you view Harbin in satellite mode, you can totally see the tees and paths to the baskets! So just by tracing the paths directly from parking lot, then tee to basket to tee to basket, etc, back to parking lot, I got 1.8 miles! Gotta figure it's probably more like 2 miles when you take into consideration over-throws and not taking a straight line to each basket (at least for my game! lol)
So that's good to know - about 2 miles of a hilly walk :) Good workout!
2 miles eh? That's a significant distance. Especially with all the hills.
Good work dealing with mapmyrun, your patience is remarkable. And thus I've remarked.
