Tuesday Exercise 4/27/10 (Steph)

Track night:
1 mile warm up
5-7 x 100 (I lost track)
2 x 200
1 x 100
Jogged maybe another mile cool down.

The 100s were about 21-23 seconds each. The headwind was rough at times!

Oh, and I also did 50 wall pushups. :)
