Thrusday Exercise

Spinning class was pretty good this afternoon. I needed the good sweat after my frustrating morning at work. It was a morning of working back and forth between our network admin, our security admin, and an app vendor to determine were some communication issues were. It was severely frustrating. In the end, I said screw it and fixed the problem myself... but the ride melted the rest of the bullshit off my shoulders. Lets hope this afternoon is uneventful.

The ride was an old routine that we haven't had for a few months. heavy hills and a few flat race pace +sprint exercises. I really enjoyed the music again, and let it drive me through the tough stuff.

Awesome!! And how's the knee? I hope it's good and you didn't have to wear the brace. It is amazing how a good workout can melt away stress and frustration. Especially when combined with awesome music.

I have the same problem posting comments from the same machine I post the blogs from.

The knee felt alright yesterday, and is feeling pretty good still this morning. though, I was standing with 90% of my weight on it, this morning in the shower, and with a slight twist I felt a sharp pain. Guess I shouldn't do that.
