Monday Exercise.

Monday is spinning day, and yesterday's class was pretty great. Monday's are generally difficult classes. I'm not sure if this is because I(we) are all out of shape from the weekends, or if she just pushes us harder. Yesterday was no exception. It was hard. But this time I really felt good in our "hard" Monday class. I pushed really hard to keep up in the speed work, and used a bit of extra resisance on our climbs. I must have been the chicken dip!
