6 weeks and counting. As I mentioned in my last update about the weekend, I was a bit loose with my diet, and it may show with my Weigh-in. Well, it did. But it wasn't as much damage as it could have been.
Weigh-in : 210 = 1lb gained.
So now I need to tighten up the slack, concentrate and work hard to trim up and meet my goals.

It is indeed time to concentrate. I'm feeling it too.
You can do it!! This week will be a good one and you'll feel great about all the hard work by the weekend. :) And it's nice to know disc golf is such a good activity too - had no idea there was that much walking involved (and on rough terrain usually as well) until you've been tracking the different courses. Excellent cross-training.
