5 weeks and counting...

The weekend was rainy... but I still managed to get in some exercise:
3ish mile run
disc golf at Harbin, so some walking. 

I feel pretty good about it.
Tonight is group ride night!! It's going to be beautiful! Can't wait...no bonking this time. 

5 more weeks... does this mean you are starting lifting again this week Casey?

Yeah, I think I'm going to start picking up the extra day to lift. I need to start regularly doing push-ups as well.

Wow, picking up the extra day will SURELY give you quite a workout. Do you dead lift extra days or are they curls? Haha.

Thanks for the push-up mention because that reminded me I still have to do mine today.
